2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To register on exchange cricket, all of the following conditions must be met. Any registration using false information will result in immediate account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements

- You must be of sound mind and capable of making informed decisions.
- You are not an employee, director, or family member of any employee or director of exchange cricket.
- You have not previously been banned or restricted from exchange cricket.
- Each individual may register only one account.
2.2 KYC Verification

3.1 Deposit Rules
- You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals must always be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
- Exchange cricket reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled.
Warning: In cases of suspected money laundering or suspicious financial activity, exchange cricket is obligated to notify the relevant authorities and reserves the right to suspend the associated account.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Wagering Requirements
A minimum number of wagers must be placed before any bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x and the bonus is BDT 1,000, you must place a total of BDT 10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
4.2 Bonus Restrictions
- Each promotion may only be participated in once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for placing bets.
- If the wagering deadline passes before requirements are met, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
- Exchange cricket reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus programme at any time.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to claim bonuses is a punishable offence.

5 Betting Rules
Exchange cricket offers betting on cricket and a range of other sports. All bets are settled in accordance with Exchange cricket's rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the "cashout" feature may be used where available.
5.1 Bet Settlement
- Bets will be settled based on the official result after the match or event concludes.
- If a match is abandoned or cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, exchange cricket reserves the right to void the affected bets.
5.2 Maximum Bet Limits
Exchange cricket sets maximum bet limits for each market and event. Higher limits may apply for VIP members. Any bet exceeding the limit will be automatically reduced.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Exchange cricket. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
- Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
- Using artificial betting strategies to circumvent bonus conditions.
- Participating in match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
- Using software, bots, or automated systems to access the platform.
- Hacking, phishing, or attempting to breach the platform's security.
- Using exchange cricket for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Harassing or deceiving other users.
Please Note: If any of the above violations are detected, exchange cricket may close the account without notice and pursue legal action.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
Exchange cricket reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Submitting false or incomplete information during KYC verification.
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (18 months or more).
- Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
7.1 Balance on Inactive Accounts
Accounts inactive for 18 months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.
7.2 Self-Closure of Account
You can close your account at any time by emailing support@exchangecricket.net. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing.
